Cultura, founded by Doctors – Monte O. Harris and Eliot Battle was the first integrated cosmetic practice uniting dermatology, plastic surgery, and spa therapy with niche expertise for individuals with skin of color. The interior architecture of the clinic space was a central element of the integrated care delivery concept. Dr. Harris’s intentional approach to spatial design positioned sensory aesthetics as an active participant in the culturally-centered therapeutic process.
